We have mentored countless youth, 84% of whom are financially independent. Our success is due to our all-encompassing approach to providing members with both conventional and alternative education and growth and to many of our members coming from the same or comparable communities. Our participants with one year of mentorship have an 86% chance of success, while those with two years or more have a 98% chance.
Additionally, our program "Building Up Successful Youth" (B.U.S.Y.) takes hundreds of students on well-arranged college trips each year. Since 2018, several high school juniors and seniors have participated in B.U.S.Y. college visits. We consistently grow and streamline our available services for the students who participate.
Premier provides assistance to educators and communities to support the advancement of underdeveloped talent and uncover pathways to self-sufficiency for those who need it most - teens and adults. We deliver advanced professional and leadership development, among a range of additional services, producing young and mature resilient, professional adults.
